I hold an Honours Bachelor of Social Work degree from Lakehead University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor. Subsequently I completed the training program and certification requirements to become a Designated Capacity Assessor by the Ministry of the Attorney General in Ontario. I have completed significant post-graduate education and certificates in Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and various suicide and self-injury assessment modalities.
